Edgar is a native New Yorker. Born in Brooklyn, he grew up on the South Shore of Long Island. He enrolled in Manhattan’s French Culinary Institute in Soho immediately after high school. His career has spanned several prestigious New York restaurants, including a significant tenure at Caviar Russe. There, he learned under the leadership of two talented chefs, Chris Agnew and Alex Dilling, who established Caviar Russe as a fine dining destination. Edgar has since taken the helm as Chef at Caviar Russe. Known for his innovative approach and commitment to luxury dining, Edgar consistently maintains a Michelin star at the restaurant.
