Is this event open to the public?

Yes, the event is open to the public. Club members will enjoy early access to purchasing tickets before sales become available to the public.

Are resort rooms included in the event ticket price?

Resort rooms are not included in the ticket price. However, Club members are welcome to use their 20% off member discount for hotel stays over the weekend. Guests attending Artisans of Wine & Food receive a special room rate when reserving with an exclusive link.

What is the dress code for the weekend?

The event will be resort casual overall, while the Saturday evening gala and auction will require elegant attire. Throughout the weekend, events will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Dress Code: Event attendees are required to wear proper attire to the event. No cover-ups or flip-flops will be permitted, and the event organizer reserves the right to deny admission to the event in its sole and absolute discretion. Such denial of entry will not entitle the ticket holder to any recourse against the event organizer for refund of the ticket price or otherwise.

Is valet parking included in the ticket price?

Valet parking is complimentary for Club members. As for resort guests or those driving to the event who aren’t members, valet parking is not complimentary and not included in the ticket price.

How do I submit my dietary restrictions?

At the time of booking, per ticket.

Will there be assigned seating at the events?

Seating arrangements are open: Guaranteed seating will not be provided.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

All tickets for the event(s) are nonrefundable.

How do guests purchase the wine they like?

You may purchase wines by communicating directly with the wineries at the event.

What does the ticket give you access to?

The ticket gives you access to the 3-day weekend event. There are many activations planned over the 3-day weekend that attendees will need to choose from.

  • Friday (evening): Vintner-hosted dinners + an Artisans Afterhours event. There are 7 dinners. With the purchase of your ticket, you must choose one to attend. Our Artisans After Hours event is open to all ticket holders.
  • Saturday (morning until 3:00 pm): Daytime Diversions + Tasting Pavilion. There are 9 daytime diversions. With the purchase of your ticket, you must choose one to attend. Our Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion is open to all ticket holders.
  • Saturday (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm): An Afternoon Affair – Open to all ticket holders
  • Saturday evening (6:00 pm – 12:00 am): Tented reception, Gala, wine Auction and After-party under the stars – Open to all ticket holders
  • Sunday Brunch (10:30 am – 1:30 pm): – Open to all ticket holders
